Vanguard offers two distinct Franchise opportunities through our Master Franchise program and our Janitorial Franchise program.
The Master Franchise program offers the experienced business person the chance to own, develop and manage a dynamic business with recurring contract revenues, minimal staffing requirements and tremendous growth potential. The primary responsibilities for the Master Franchisee are to recruit individual Janitorial Franchisees, secure commercial cleaning contracts to provide accounts for the Janitorial Franchisees, and provide back office support in the critical areas of training, customer service, billing and collecting support.
The Janitorial Franchise program provides an opportunity for individuals and families who want to become owner operators of a commercial cleaning business to take advantage of the support and training we offer and our ability to secure quality cleaning accounts for them. The Janitorial Franchise owner can get started with a very low initial investment, minimize risk by starting part time and growing to full time, keep their day job if they prefer, and ultimately build a significant cleaning business.
